Site Superintendent

Location: All across the United-States.

Total package of $150K approximately depending on level of experience.

This position falls specifically within the fields of earthwork, excavation, landscaping, civil works, drainage, and irrigation—areas in which practical expertise is highly sought after. The person in this role ensures quality execution, optimal management of human and material resources, site safety, as well as compliance with standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.

What you will do:

As Site Superintendent, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring top-quality work is delivered on time and on budget. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel all across U.S. You'll lead crews, manage subcontractors, and be the key link between clients, foremen, and project managers.

Main Responsibilities:

· Lead start-up and safety meetings

· Supervise and coordinate site activities and teams

· Maintain strong communication with clients and staff

· Track schedules, budgets, and materials

· Approve daily reports, billings, and subcontractor work

· Attend site and operation meetings

· Support foremen and conduct performance evaluations

What We’re Looking For:

· 6+ years of site or construction management (golf/sports field experience is a strong asset)

· Solid knowledge of reading plans/specs

· Needs experience in pipe installation, large scale earth moving

· Tech-savvy with Excel and Word

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure

· Willingness to travel frequently
