Pay Rate: $30.00hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm | Overtime Available

What You'll Do:

Operate a Novarc robotic welder (full training providedno prior experience required)

Perform high-precision manual welding:

Hand weld fittings, branch outlets, pipe fit-ups, and mechanical nozzles

Execute tack and root passes using stick electrode welding

Inspect your work for alignment, dimensions, defects, and seam quality

Keep your station safe, clean, and aligned with top-tier performance standards

Support general shop tasks including groove, thread, and hanger assemblies

Communicate any equipment issues or safety concerns right away

What You Bring:

1-3 years of pipe welding or pipe fitting experience inmercial or industrial HVAC

Solid stick electrode welding experience (required)

MIG (GMAW), TIG, and robotic welding experience a big plus

Technical school graduates with at least 1 year of field experience are wee

Basicputer skills and a strong attention to detail

Reliability, professionalism, and a strongmitment to safety and quality

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
