SCHEDULER - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Ground Up Construction Project Background & Experience ideal but not required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The construction scheduler is responsible for developing and managing a project schedule. The process includes defining project tasks, estimating the resources needed, and creating a timeline. Schedulers track project progress, identify potential delays, and work with stakeholders to ensure that projects remain within scope. Work is local. A construction scheduler’s ultimate goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality and safety standards.

Compensation/ Benefits: Compensation negotiable based on level of experience. Company vehicle/ Gas card. Generous 401k match. Bonus program varies depending on position. Great Health benefits through BCBS, pd 80%.
