Role Expectations:
We are seeking a Traveling Agriculture / Commercial Concrete Foreman to independently manage construction sites for projects ranging from $1M to $10M.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth construction knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and project execution from start to finish.

Independently manage and supervise a construction site
Communicate effectively with teams, clients, and subcontractors
Read and interpret contracts and blueprints
Use construction software such as Bluebeam, NAS, Clockify, and Raken
Handle project budgeting, scheduling, and materials procurement
Make confident decisions and demonstrate blueprint mastery
Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from planning through completion
Supervise on-site operations and enforce safety and compliance standards
Manage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor relationships
Maintain high standards of construction quality
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Lead and guide construction crews effectively
Resolve issues related to timelines, safety, and budget constraints
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in construction management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively for project needs
Work Conditions:
Frequent travel, including to rural and remote job sites
