Commercial Concrete Foreman

Role Expectations:

• We are seeking a Traveling Agriculture / Commercial Concrete Foreman to independently manage construction sites for projects ranging from $1M to $10M.

• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth construction knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and project execution from start to finish.

• Independently manage and supervise a construction site

• Communicate effectively with teams, clients, and subcontractors

• Read and interpret contracts and blueprints

• Use construction software such as Bluebeam, NAS, Clockify, and Raken

• Handle project budgeting, scheduling, and materials procurement

• Make confident decisions and demonstrate blueprint mastery

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion

• Supervise on-site operations and enforce safety and compliance standards

• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and vendor relationships

• Maintain high standards of construction quality

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Lead and guide construction crews effectively

• Resolve issues related to timelines, safety, and budget constraints

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in construction management

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations

• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively for project needs

• Work Conditions:

• Frequent travel, including to rural and remote job sites
