We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Safety Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of construction operations, fostering a culture of safety, and implementing effective safety programs.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for us on a W2 basis.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage safety teams and liaise with project stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans.

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Experience in managing safety for large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Lead safety training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
