Job Summary/Objective:
The Wireline Construction Project Coordinator supports our growing workload in cable and fiber design and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable and fiber design, fieldwork, and construction coordination.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct walk-out/site surveys to assess project requirements and gather field data.
- Create job estimates based on survey findings and project scope.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with construction standards and customer specifications.
- Support project and program teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
- Read and interpret maps, blueprints, and construction drawings.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Provide operational support including scheduling inspections, rentals, and subcontractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the construction and engineering teams.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in cable/fiber construction, fieldwork, or construction.
- Proven experience with cable and fiber design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering maps and blueprints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn project tracking software.

- Office Environment with regular field visits
- Ability to sit for extended time periods.
