What Youll Do Day-to-Day:
Support Construction Efforts: Be hands-on during the construction phase, helping oversee the rehabilitation and replacement of yard piping at major water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Design with Purpose: Create civil engineering solutions that support treatment and conveyance systems, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and resilience.
Engage with Clients: Present your work and insights to municipal clients and stakeholders, building trust and driving project success.
Grow Your Expertise: Work alongside top engineers, attend industry conferences, and contribute to technical publications that showcase your knowledge.
Mentor and Lead: Guide junior staff through structured mentoring, technical reviews, and collaborative work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• 7 years of related experience
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required
• The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) tools, including 3D and 4D software, to bring engineering concepts to life
• Familiarity with core engineering design principles and how they apply to real-world infrastructure challenges
• Comfort working with Microsoft business tools like Excel and Word to support project documentation and collaboration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that help you connect with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations to help ensure projects meet compliance standards
