Equipment Operator/Laborer

Hayduke Environmental is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Laborer/Equipment Operator. This is a full-time position with steady work across the Front Range, supporting reclamation and light excavation projects.

Job Duties:
50% Field Labor / Reclamation Work

Install erosion control materials (wattles, mats, silt fence)

Hand grading, material hauling, and clean-up

Lift and carry up to 75 lbs on uneven terrain

50% Heavy Equipment Operation

Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and compact equipment

Support backfill, grading, and site prep work

Requirements:
Some equipment operating experience required

Reliable transportation to job sites around Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins

Willingness to work outdoors in variable conditions

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits:
$22$25 per hour, depending on experience
