Experienced Remodeling Carpenter

What we provide:
Wages; $35-$55/hr; DOE

Duties Include:

Create and maintain production schedules.
Perform and manage all aspects of construction.
Anticipate needs; determining and procuring materials.
Hands on production from framing through finish carpentry.
Ability to read plans and work productively as a member of our team.
Communicate closely with clients and office personnel.

Skills needed:

4+ years carpentry experience and knowledgeable in various residential construction
practices.
Able to perform tasks without supervision.
Able to work in team atmosphere.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to demonstrate reliability through attendance and punctuality.
Must be responsible and hard working.
Must be able to effectively utilize company provided phone, including email and calendar applications.

Physical Demands Required to Perform Job Functions:

Walk or stand for long periods of time.
Balancing on uneven surfaces.
Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
High level of endurance, energy, and strength.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions and environments.
Pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling.
Repetitive motions.

Other Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation truck preferred
Valid vehicle insurance in your name
Own necessary tools to perform responsibilities (hand tools, skill saw, sawzall, chop saw, jigsaw, compressor, nail guns, etc.)

Pay determined by skills and experience.
