Construction Laborer / Carpenter Tiny Home Builder
Location: Alvarado, TX Report to the Same Job-site Daily

We are currently looking for a dependable and skilled Construction Laborer / Carpenter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and values consistency, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the construction of tiny homes from framing through finish
Install wall, floor, and roof framing according to plans
Assist with roofing installation (shingles, metal, etc.)
Complete finish and trim carpentry (baseboards, molding, cabinets, windows, doors)
Follow building plans and supervisor instructions precisely
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively (ability to operate a forklift is a plus)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local codes
Requirements
13 years of general construction or carpentry experience preferred
Solid working knowledge of framing, roofing, and trim techniques
Reliable and punctual must report to the same job-site daily
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding
Basic understanding of blueprints and construction drawings
Willingness to learn and work across various phases of home construction
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Valid driver's license or reliable daily transportation required
