Carpenter Helper

About the Role:

We are a well-established decking company specializing in high-quality exterior renovations for both residential homes and multi-unit properties. We are currently looking for a Carpenters Helper to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build their carpentry skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead carpenters in building and repairing decks, stairs, and other outdoor structures
Carry materials, clean up job sites, and keep work areas organized
Use basic power tools and hand tools under supervision (training provided)
Support the installation of vinyl membranes, composite decking, and railings
Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy, respectful job site
Be ready to learn and take direction from senior crew members

Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience is required
Comfortable using basic tools and working with wood
Able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet all day
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (Must Have Own Car)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
