Site Safety Manager Bronx (Super Superintendent License a Plus)

A development company is seeking a licensed Site Safety Manager (SSM) to oversee safety on two new construction projects in the Bronx (each 7+ stories). The ideal candidate will also hold a NYC Superintendent license, though it is not required.

Key Requirements:

Must hold a valid NYC Site Safety Manager license

Experience with DOB compliance, Chapter 33, site logs, and major buildings

Comfortable managing trades and field conditions on-site

Knowledge of Bronx-area construction sites is a plus
