As a Senior Product Design Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our product range, working on cutting-edge projects that challenge your creativity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mechanical development engineering activities to create competitive products that meet our high standards.
  • Develop the structure of the mechanical system from the architecture, ensuring all measures from risk analysis are considered in the construction phase.
  • Break down complex structures into manageable subsystems and components, crafting detailed product specifications that guide design and execution.
  • Evaluate existing subsystems and components to identify opportunities for reuse, maximizing efficiency and reducing time to market.
  • Investigate and develop alternative structural solutions, selecting the optimal approach to meet performance and design criteria.
  • Ensure double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture, delivering work results with meticulous configuration management, including material designation, version control, and storage solutions.
  • Utilize CREO for designing components, crafting innovative designs that are both functional and aesthetic.
  • Employ Windchill and Windchill RV&S to manage product lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 5 years of experience OR
  • Master's degree in an engineering related field and 2 years of experience
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

Preferred:

  • CREO design experience
