Olsten Staffing is currently seeking a skilled **MIG and Stick Welder** for a company local to Sumter, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mild steel and other metals in a fabrication or industrial setting. Attention to detail, safety, and reliability are essential.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform MIG and stick welding on various metal components
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
+ Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
+ Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean work environment
+ Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
+ Be available for occasional weekend shifts as needed
**Requirements:**
+ Proven experience as a MIG and stick welder
+ Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols
+ Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
+ Reliable transportation and good attendance
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $25.00 per hour
