Heavy Equipment Operator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking qualified scraper operators for a data center project in both Omaha and Lincoln. Operators will be running either a dozer, excavator, track loader, or belly scraper. The equipment includes brand new tracked Challengers and non-tracked New Holland tractors, pulling a new Ashland pan (scraper attachment). Additional projects may include grading for new building prep work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate heavy equipment, including tractors and scrapers, to perform earthmoving tasks.

+ Run excavators, dozers, track loaders, and scrapers efficiently.

+ Utilize new Challengers and New Holland tractors for the project.

+ Perform grading for new building preparation work.

+ Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained in good working condition.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1+ years of experience operating a scraper.

+ Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as dozers and excavators.

+ Knowledge of loading and operating excavators.

+ Ability to handle various types of heavy machinery efficiently.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with equipment like dozers, excavators, track loaders, and scrapers

+ Familiarity with New Ashland pan scraper attachments.

**Work Environment**

Work will be within 20 miles of Omaha, primarily on commercial job sites. Expect to operate in a professional and safety-focused environment, handling advanced heavy equipment and machinery.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
