Printing Operators Needed- 1st or 2nd shift - Weekly pay $22-24/hr**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Laminating Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced printing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating lamination machines, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review work orders to determine instructions and specifications for machine set-up.
+ Examine stitched, collated, bound, or unbound product samples for defects such as imperfect bindings, ink spots, torn pages, loose pages, or loose threads.
+ Set up, run, and adjust lamination machines to accommodate sheets, signatures, or books of specified sizes.
+ Trim edges of books to size using cutting machines, book trimming machines, or hand cutters.
+ Stitch or glue endpapers, bindings, backings, or signatures using sewing machines, glue machines, or glue and brushes.
+ Inspect products and decide to accept or reject them to maintain required quality levels.
+ Perform daily and periodic maintenance on bindery/finishing equipment and assist in repairs or rebuilding of equipment when needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanically inclined with experience in printing press and machine operation.
+ Proficiency in bindery, lamination, and die cutting.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and set up printing presses.
+ 1+ years of experience in bindery, preferably in a printing company.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.
