Glass Repair Technician

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Glass Repair Technician to join our professional body shop team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and replacement of windshields, side windows, and rear glass on a wide range of vehicles
• Evaluate glass damage and determine the most effective repair or replacement solution
• Utilize industry-standard tools, adhesives, and techniques to ensure safe, high-quality work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and the Body Shop Director to ensure seamless service
• Accurately document all work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in auto glass repair/replacement (preferred)
• Proficiency with auto glass tools, adhesives, and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Auto glass certification is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
