We're looking for a Hollow Metal Cost Estimator - someone sharp, analytical, and ready to help us build competitive bids from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

As a Hollow Metal Cost Estimator, you'll help put together the numbers behind our success - supporting sales and estimating teams by pricing materials like doors and frames for commercial construction projects. You will:

  • Read and analyze specs and construction documents to understand what's needed.
  • Use estimating software to price out materials.
  • Work closely with vendors to get product info and accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and departments to develop smart bid strategies.
  • Spot potential issues or opportunities to make our bids stronger.
  • Help refine our pricing systems and adapt to changes in the industry.

You'll be juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and updates - so if you like a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role is a great fit.

What You Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
  • Good communication skills - email, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Ability to read and work from electronic and paper documents.
  • Organized and able to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the construction estimating field.
  • Must be based onsite in Green Bay, WI with regular and punctual attendance.
