As an Electrical Field Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be to lead the electrical aspects of pipeline projects by driving process improvements and best practices throughout the project life cycle. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. This role supports Michels Pipeline, Inc.'s strategic goals by fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

What it takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of electrical codes and electrical construction practices
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Electrical license or ability to obtain an electrical license
