Foreman (Relocation to Eagle, CO Required - Assistance Provided) Location: Eagle, Colorado Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead commercial construction projects in Eagle, Colorado. This is a relocation-required role, and comprehensive assistance will be provided to support your move and ensure a smooth transition. As Foreman, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, overseeing crews, and driving projects to completion with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a leadership-focused positionwith 95% of your time dedicated to supervision and coordination, not hands-on labor. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams of 20+ crew members Oversee commercial construction projects exceeding $1 million Ensure high-quality installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings Interpret and execute plans using blueprints and construction documents Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site at all times Communicate and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines Required Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in commercial construction Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with hand and power tools Solid understanding of metal/steel framing, drywall systems, and general construction methods Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Foreman in commercial construction Expertise in acoustical ceiling installation Excellent skills in measurement, layout, and job planning Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Us?
