The Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards Hotel is looking for a skilled and reliable Engineer with HVAC experience to join our Engineering team. This role is essential in maintaining the building's infrastructure, especially heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our guests, associates, and vendors.

Being a hotel, this position requires availability for evening, overnight, or flexible rotating shifts as operationally needed.

This position will maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
