Junior Project Manager for USA

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our US office in Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual with Czech language fluency and a desire to grow within an international project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective execution of the assigned project in terms of quality, time, and budget.
Responsible for managing subordinate employees.
Coordinates project implementation with internal and external service providers.
Oversee and is accountable for the management of assigned assets on their position and project.
Works proactively with company software, licenses, and hardware.
Prepares project reports for internal and external use.
Required Qualifications:
Technical knowledge and understanding of construction systems of assigned projects.
Reading technical drawings, working with assigned software and hardware.
Internal/external communication for proper and effective project coordination.
A Leader in Installations of Technologically Advanced Racking System Solutions.
Knowledge of necessary professions and capacity requirements for construction.
Effective planning.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical high school diploma or university degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or industrial installation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
