Commercial Construction Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include: Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial construction project manager Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple simultaneous projects Proven ability to support big picture client management while maintaining systems, documentation, and process flow Experience with general commercial construction projects, including facilities, paving, and restaurant or amenity builds Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract management Responsible for full project lifecycle: estimating, permitting, budgeting, execution, reporting, and closeout Ability to draft, manage, and oversee prime and subcontractor agreements and ensure regulatory compliance Must possess strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate stakeholders, team members, and subcontractors Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
