Commercial Estimator / Project Manager, Insulation

ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER Growing company based in the Central Virginia area is accepting applications for full time and part time commercial / industrial insulation estimators / project managers. One to three years' experience in the industrial or commercial insulation estimating field or construction management is preferred. Must be self-motivated. Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, willingness to work within a team, have knowledge of computers and basic office software systems, proficient in use of estimating systems. Duties will be varied and include: Completing quantity take-offs for systems to be insulated Pricing of the material and labor to prepare and submit bids Must communicate and help with coordinating, project planning and scheduling with management, project managers and field superintendent Maintain strong working relationship with clients and general contractors Provide weekly progress reporting Make site visits as needed to check on job status We offer competitive salary, paid vacation and holidays, health, vision and dental insurance.
