Help Wanted: Handyman For Commercial Property Maintenance

un HELP WANTED: HANDYMAN FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE compensation: Starting at $18/hr. or DOE We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman to maintain and repair our commercial property. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work independently for at least 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general building upkeep) Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Keep outdoor and indoor areas clean and safe Order and maintain supplies and tools as necessary Requirements: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Hours: 30+ hours per week (at least 6 hours/day, Monday-Friday) To Apply: Please send your resume for more information.
