Contract Analyst Location (city, state): Irving, TX ( Hybrid - Alternating weeks in office and remote) Industry: Construction / Professional Services Pay: $70000 - $85000 / year Benefits: Dental , Vision , Medical , 401k About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a leading company in the Irving area to hire two Contract Analysts . This is a contract-to-hire role with a 6-month conversion timeline. Our client operates in a high-volume, fast-paced industry and is seeking experienced professionals who are detail-oriented, communicative, and able to manage complex contract processes effectively. Job Description: The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing customer and vendor contracts. This role works closely with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure all agreements are in alignment with company requirements and deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising accuracy or service. Key Responsibilities: Review and redline contracts using Adobe Pro and Microsoft Word Negotiate contract terms directly with external customers Collaborate with internal departments to clarify and resolve contract terms Ensure compliance with credit, insurance, and bonding requirements Manage and track contract data in Salesforce and internal systems Coordinate necessary documentation such as bonds and certificates of insurance Handle approximately 50-70 contracts monthly with a 24-48 hour turnaround window Provide high-level customer service and ensure timely, accurate communication Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in contract analysis, coordination, or procurement Strong redlining skills Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize deadlines Salesforce or SAP experience is a plus Additional Details: Type: Contract-to-hire Start Date: ASAP Location: Hybrid - Alternating weeks in office and remote Schedule: Monday-Friday Dress Code: Business professional Pre-employment: Background check and drug screen required Perks: Opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team Clear path to full-time employment after contract period Flexibility in work hours to accommodate various time zones Beautiful office environment with no-cost parking Direct exposure to legal, sales, and operations leaders Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
