The Opportunity

We're seeking motivated HVAC Install Helpers with at least one year of install experience to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced Install Leads, gaining hands-on experience while delivering top-tier service. If you're career-minded and ready to grow in the trade, this role is for you.

Compensation & Benefits

$20-22/hour starting pay, depending on experience.

Paid training in the classroom and in the field with technicians

Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced HVAC Install Technicians in customers' homes as they install HVAC and ancillary systems

Communicate effectively with customers and present a professional company image

Attend paid classroom training 2-3 times per month

Requirements

Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

Driver's License and clean driving record

Ability to use power and hand tools

Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.

Ability to follow instructions and respond to feedback

Preferably 6 months to a year of experience

Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM
