Job Title: Scheduling Lead - Electrical Data Center Projects Location Northern Virginia or Atlanta Summary: We're seeking a Scheduling Lead with strong experience in electrical construction and data center projects. This role involves creating and managing detailed project schedules, analyzing delays and risks, and coordinating with project teams and trade partners to keep complex projects on track. Key Responsibilities: Lead scheduling efforts on data center projects (design through construction). Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in MS Project and/or P6. Track milestones, identify delays, and generate impact reports. Collaborate with project and design teams on-site for schedule alignment. Provide regular status updates, forecasts, and variance reports. Qualifications: 3+ years of recent scheduling experience in electrical (industrial/commercial) construction. Data center project experience required. Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project. Ability to produce cost/resource-loaded schedules. Strong understanding of construction processes and timelines. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. High School diploma or GED required; electrical field experience a plus.
