Site Superintendent

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site installation projects all across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a hands-on project leader with 3-5 years of experience managing complex automation or material handling system installs. responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site installation projects for automation and intralogisitics systems
  
  
• Ensure safety, scope, schedule, budget and quality standards met across all projects
  
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to drive project execution
  
  
• Review project plans, drawings, and documentation to ensure accurate installation
  
  
• Conduct site audits and performance evaluations; provide feedback to the resource team
  
  
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower planning to meet project timelines
  
  
• Maintain and update project plans, including earned value tracking and punch list elimination
  
  
• Provide training and support to site personnel and subcontractors
  
  
• Travel up to 50% throughout the southeast to manage active job sites
  
  
• Support SQDCP metrics: safety, quality, delivery, cost and people on all assigned projects
