Trueline is seeking a dedicated Project Manager (Structural Steel) to join their on-site team. This role offers the chance to lead full-cycle structural steel projects, ensuring theyre delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality in a collaborative, family-minded environment.

What You'll Do as the Project Manager (Structural Steel):

  • Analyze bid documents to develop scope, schedules, material needs, and budget estimates.
  • Coordinate drawing submittals, detailing, fabrication, scheduling, and erection phases.
  • Manage projects from award through closeouttracking change orders, deliveries, and gross margins.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, subcontractors, detailing partners, and internal teams.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, organized jobsite and shop environments.
  • Lead kickoff and phase meetings (Iron Strong Expectations) with all stakeholders.

Must Haves as the Project Manager (Structural Steel):

  • Valid Arizona drivers license and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
  • 35 years experience managing structural or construction projects.
  • Strong detail orientation, organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and lead under pressure with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a never back down mindset for consistently driving projects to success.

Nice to Haves as the Project Manager (Structural Steel):

  • Familiarity with change-order workflows, subcontractor coordination, and erection processes.
  • Financial savvy in maximizing gross margin and profit sharing.
  • Comfort delivering in a fast-paced, adaptive environment where challenges are part of the day.
