Role: Sr. Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master Job Description: - Scrum Master/Project Manager with some technical background of running the Engineering projects. As a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master at Satsyil, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects from initiation to completion. 4. Stakeholder Communication:
Provide routine project status updates at predetermined intervals to all stakeholders.
Communicate proactively with management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing feedback.
5. Business Development Support:
Assist in business development efforts by contributing to project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.
6. Legal Compliance:
Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements relevant to the project.
7. Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution:
Lead, train, manage, and motivate the project team.
Resolve team conflicts and provide guidance on technical and operational issues as required.
8. Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring.
9. Status Review Meetings:
Plan and lead status review meetings, involving internal team members, vendors, and customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) & Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM). Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
