Trueline is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to join their team based in Greeley, CO. This is a high-skill, field-based role ideal for a seasoned technician ready to take ownership of service calls, lead junior techs, and deliver exceptional HVAC support to commercial and institutional clients.
What Youll Do as the Senior HVAC Service Technician:
- Independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure reliable system operations for client sites
- Service and install rooftop units, split systems, ductless systems, cooling towers, and chillers
- Mentor and train junior technicians to support professional growth and service consistency
- Build strong client relationships and clearly communicate service outcomes
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards on all jobs
Must-Haves as the Senior HVAC Service Technician:
- 510 years of hands-on commercial HVAC service experience
- Proficiency with rooftop units, split systems, and ductless mini-splits
- Experience diagnosing and repairing chillers, cooling towers, and BAS systems
- Ability to work independently and lead smaller field teams when needed
- Strong communication skills for both internal teams and client interactions
- Commitment to safety-first operations and a high standard of workmanship
Nice-to-Haves as the Senior HVAC Service Technician:
- Background in multi-family or residential HVAC alongside commercial work
- Experience supporting preventative maintenance contracts or long-term service agreements
