Project Manager/Operations Manager

Small growing franchise – wants someone to come in and potentially take over as being the owner at some point if they are interested.

The owner will be more of a silent partner and expect them to run the show.

Experience/Descrption

4-5 years in restoration dealing with insurances (management) (fire, smoke, water, mold, storm)

Commercial and residential exp a plus

Exp with software; Xactimate and Symbility (mainly needs to be proficient in Xactimate)

Needs to have IICRC certificates

Will be in charge of the technicians and the office side of things

Has to have management exp and be a leader.

Work in office and be on site when needed
