Construction Sales Rep

About Us:
Precision Decks specializes in high-quality residential decks and outdoor structures serving the Bucks and Montgomery County, with a strong reputation for craftsmanship, transparency, and customer satisfaction. We're growing and need a results-driven Construction Sales Rep who knows techniques of construction site as well as the sales process.

Position Summary:
We're looking for a proven sales professional with hands-on construction experience that fit within the culture of the company. This role is ideal for someone who can walk a job site, speak the language of builders and homeowners, and close deals with confidence. Youll be the bridge between the customer's vision and our build teams execution.

Responsibilities:
-Meet with homeowners to assess project scope, budget, and goals
-Prepare takeoffs and present professional proposals, design, and estimates
-Guide clients through material selections and design options
-Coordinate with the production team for seamless handoff post-sale
-Follow up on leads, track pipeline activity, and hit monthly sales goals
-Attend job sites to confirm measurements and construction details
-Maintain knowledge of building codes, zoning, and permit requirements

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of construction experience (carpentry or similar trade preferred)
-Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction or related field
-Solid understanding of residential deck and outdoor structure design/build process
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-starter with excellent time management
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans a plus
