Construction General Laborer Needed ASAP

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a General Laborer for an immediate start in Sioux Center, IA!

WEEKLY PAY!

PAY: $24/hr
HOURS: Shifts will be 8 to 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40+ hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am 4:00pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3+ months

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day operations on site, including site cleanup, setting up temporary structures, and providing general support wherever needed. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to help where needed to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
--Clean and maintain job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment
--Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding, barriers, and signage
--Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with general labor and support tasks
--Move, load, and unload materials and tools as required
--Follow all safety protocols and work instructions

Qualifications:
--Prior experience in construction or general labor is required
--Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
--Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
--Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
--Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Additional Requirements:
--Must be eligible to work in the United States.
--Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
--Pre-employment background check is required.
