Job Description As a Survey Project Manager, you will successfully manage projects, including developing the scope of work, schedule, and fees. You will balance workloads and resources, ensuring all project aspects are completed, which includes client meetings, project team communication, budget monitoring, progress tracking, and accounts receivable collections. In addition, you will support business development efforts, lead proposal preparations, and be responsible for developing new business. Maintaining and developing existing client relationships is crucial, as you will serve as a key contact. You will conduct critical negotiations, handle controversial issues, and demonstrate good judgment in solving complex technical and people assignments. Extensive knowledge of standard practices for land surveying is required, as well as the ability to develop and implement new techniques or procedures. You will lead and supervise project teams on projects of varying sizes and complexities, providing technical, design, and project management services in support of surveying. Active involvement in professional organizations and mentoring staff is also essential. Responsibilities

- 5 or more years of post-licensure project management experience in surveying.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Carlson, or Civil 3D.
- Client development experience.
- Supervision of field crews.
- Expertise in topographic surveys and proficiency in AutoCAD and ALTA.
- South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor's License (PLS) or the ability to obtain SC licensure quickly if licensed in another state.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Active involvement in professional development and mentoring.
