Architect Senior Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Architect Senior Designer with over 10 years of experience in design execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong designer, capable of working alongside our Design Director to enhance our design processes. This role is for someone who aspires to become a Design Director and can act as a strong second-in-command, providing support and sharing responsibilities in managing design teams and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Design Director to manage and streamline design processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of design strategies.
  • Participate actively in project administration and coordination.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong experience in project coordination and administration.
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
  • Ability to manage construction documents and architectural designs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and Excel for project management.
  • Capability in document control and customer service.
  • Skillful in multi-tasking and administrative support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
