Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a client partner in Corvallis, OR. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $30, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Installations and Repairs: Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members and contractors to complete installations and projects on time.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations when handling HVAC equipment and materials.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with 3-5 years in the field.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC installations.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification: HVAC certification preferred but not required.
