Commercial Construction Superintendent

Commercial superintendent with commercial construction experience. Nor Cal family owned commercial construction firm looking for one or two site project superintendents to manage the build out of restaurants, bars, salons, medical centers and small commercial projects. You daily tasks will include scheduling the contractors, confirming that they are doing their job correctly per the construction drawings, scheduling inspections with the city/county agencies and communication with owners. Must be willing to travel. We offer per-diem, mileage expense, small truck allowance, 401k and health insurance after 90 days.
