Millwright

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in and around Morristown, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install, align, and dismantle machinery and mechanical equipment

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and production lines

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments

• Weld, fabricate, and complete basic rigging as needed

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Minimum 3 years of industrial or mechanical millwright experience
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Must have own basic hand tools (additional tools may be project-specific)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/work on your feet for extended periods

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
