**Job Description**

We are seeking three skilled MIG Welders to join our team. You will be responsible for welding and fabricating truck beds, utilizing MIG and some Fluxcore welding techniques on A36 Mild Steel. Your role will involve fabricating components such as headboards, boomracks, toolbox brackets, cone holders, and various other items. Proficiency in reading blueprints and building parts from concept to completion is essential, as you will be welding steel parts based on prints.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding and some Fluxcore welding on A36 Mild Steel.

+ Fabricate truck bed components and assemblies including headboards, boomracks, toolbox brackets, and cone holders.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to build parts from concept to completion.

+ Work collaboratively in a bay with another person for fabrication and assembly.

+ Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.

+ Lift materials weighing up to 50lbs.

+ Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3-5 years of welding experience.

+ Ability to read blueprints accurately.

+ Capability to take a print, gather materials, and fabricate parts from concept to completion.

+ Experience welding in a job shop environment.

+ Ownership of basic hand tools and proficiency in operating forklifts.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
