**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Welder to operate various welding equipment and perform welding tasks to fuse metal segments. The role involves working with processes such as gas tungsten arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, plasma arc welding, and more.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout requirements.

+ Follow process procedures to ensure high-quality welds.

+ Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment including gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, plasma arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, oxy-acetylene welding, resistance welding, and submerged arc welding.

+ Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.

+ Operate brazing and soldering equipment.

+ Utilize metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening or bending machines.

+ Repair worn parts of metal products by welding additional layers.

+ Regularly report to work on time and prepared to perform all tasks as outlined.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding and structural welding.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with fitting and grinding techniques.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with various welding processes.

+ Ability to operate metal shaping machines.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corvallis, Oregon.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
