**Job Summary**

The Senior Project Manager leads SHIs most complex device lifecycle projects within the Managed Workplace Services group, overseeing all phases from procurement to recovery. Serving as the primary contact for issues and escalations, this role manages schedules, teams, and communication to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. The Senior Project Manager organizes project and scrum events, coaches team members, and leverages project management tools for successful execution. As a subject matter expert in device lifecycle management and SHIs services, this individual also mentors other project managers and drives continuous improvement across the team.

**Role Description**

+ Lead multiple complex customer projects and programs, managing the full device lifecycle from procurement through deployment, support, recovery, and asset management.

+ Conduct project kick-offs and closing meetings, establishing schedules and maintaining a professional, customer-facing presence throughout the engagement.

+ Assemble and coordinate project teams, defining roles, responsibilities, and managing internal SHI, partner, and onsite delivery resources.

+ Create, maintain, and execute detailed project documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.

+ Communicate project status updates and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing advanced data analysis for clarity and impact.

+ Track and follow up on action items, issues, and risks, developing proactive mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project objectives are met.

+ Execute and manage change requests and change orders, supporting evolving project requirements and collaborating with the sales team on Statements of Work.

+ Organize and facilitate project and scrum events, monitoring milestones and ensuring timely progress and completion.

+ Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on project roles and responsibilities, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.

+ Utilize project management tools such as Jira, DevOps, and MS Project to ensure project accuracy, process billing, and adhere to SHI project management standards and procedures.

**Skill Level Requirements**

+ The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate

+ Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied - Intermediate

+ Expertise in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects - Intermediate

+ Proficiency in facilitating Agile Scrum practices, guiding teams through the Scrum framework to ensure efficient and successful project delivery - Intermediate

+ Competence in utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources - Intermediate

+ Familiarity with the operational mechanisms, hierarchical setup, and the overall framework of SHI, enabling effective navigation and utilization of internal processes - Intermediate

**Other Requirements**

+ Completed Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience required

+ 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing IT project management role required

+ Willingness to obtain PMP Certification within first 6 months of SHI Employment

+ Ability to travel 10%

+ **Preferred:** PMP or Agile Certification

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
