Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for pavement marking projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements
• Review construction drawings and specifications
• Develop project scopes and change orders
• Utilize software such as PlanSwift and Bluebeam for take-offs

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of submittals and plan development
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with estimation software
• Knowledge of preconstruction and project closeout processes

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $25.00 per hour

Maximum Salary: $30.00 per hour
