We are hiring a General Roofing Laborer for a full-time, seasonal position with our client, a reputable roofing contractor based in Salem and surrounding areas. If you have basic construction knowledge, enjoy physical work, and are dependable and punctual, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a steady, growing company.
As a General Roofing Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Assisting roofers with loading, unloading, and staging materials
Removing old roofing and preparing surfaces for new installation
Using hand tools and basic power tools as needed
Cleaning up job sites and maintaining a safe, organized work area
Assisting with various general construction tasks as directed
Occasional work on Saturdays does occur
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Basic construction or roofing experience preferred
Ability to work comfortably on roofs, ladders, and heights
Reliable transportation to job sites around the Salem/Marion county area, occasionally further.
