Construction Superintendent

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial/Institutional Construction Superintendent; 10+ years as a Carpenter Foreman, Concrete Finisher, or equivalent trade. Strong skills in concrete formwork, placing, and finishing non-negotiable. Must be able to manage internal crews (10-15 staff) and subcontractors with effective leadership and scheduling. Experience overseeing multi-million-dollar projects ranging from $300K to $45M. OSHA certification and carpenter certification preferred; must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check. Daily responsibilities include supervising construction sites, coordinating inspections, managing site cleanliness and safety, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management tools is a strong asset. Must be willing to travel for extended projects outside of Wisconsin, with per diem and return trips provided. Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
