This is **patch + repair work only** no electrical or paint needed now. I'm bringing in an electrician separately, will need a handyman to return after the electrical work for final painting. We're just looking for **someone experienced in drywall who can get the prep work done cleanly.** --- ### Scope of Work: * **Ceiling patch (\~8"x8")** This is from a raccoon rescue operation true story. Just needs a clean square patch and texture to blend. * **Wall patching (bike rack removal)** Two metal racks will be taken down; just need the holes filled and smoothed. * **Small drywall dings (2-3 spots)** Already have mesh patches in place just need compound and sanding. * **Banister repair area** This one is a repair - you'll need to install blocking behind the drywall so it can be re-mounted securely, then patch the wall cleanly. --- ### Job Details: * Location: **SF 94110 (Bernal Heights)** * Parking is easy right out side of my garage. * **Start date:** **ASAP** - or in a few weeks. * Also looking for a painter and someone to haul away junk too! --- ### Bonus Note: * **Rilke the dog will be here**.
