Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed General Contractor position include: Must have a Florida General Contractor license Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Contractor, preferably with residential construction Experience with steel materials is highly preferred; modular and shipping container knowledge is a strong plus Oversee construction projects from concept to completion while ensuring code compliance and quality standards Submit permits, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate delivery and installation of container homes Perform construction estimating and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Conduct on-site inspections and supervise fabrication at the shop in Pinellas Park Use or implement project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Slack) Must be willing to travel locally in the Greater Tampa Bay area (mileage reimbursed) Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.DAVRON is the leading Headhunter and Executive Search firm for Engineering, Architecture, Construction and Manufacturing professionals nationwide. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed General Contractor position include:
