As a journeyman, you'll be expected to work independently, perform high-quality installations and repairs, and serve as a leader and mentor to apprentices. We're looking for someone reliable, customer-focused, and mechanically sharp who can help deliver on our reputation for honest, efficient service. Key Responsibilities: Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) Lead and execute installations of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics Accurately diagnose issues and recommend solutions to customers Ensure all work is performed to code, safely, and efficiently Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory Document service calls, time, and materials used via company systems (paper or digital) Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and customers Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices as assigned Occasionally assist in after-hours emergency service (rotating on-call schedule) Requirements: Valid Oklahoma Journeyman HVAC license Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential or light commercial HVAC Strong understanding of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening EPA Universal Certification preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and performance Overtime pay and performance-based bonuses Company vehicle and gas card (for field use) Tools and uniforms provided or reimbursed Paid holidays and vacation Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Why Work With Us?
