Heavy Equipment Operator

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Equipment Operators for commercial projects in the Little Rock, AR area. The pay range is $25-$30 per hour based on experience. All heavy equipment operators are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Adequately operate off-road trucks, skid steers, excavators.

+ Be familiar with and complete daily equipment inspection checklists

+ Perform daily maintenance procedures (i.e. note the service due date, check fluid levels and make sure the equipment to be used is in good running order)

+ Clean and maintain tools, jobsite, trucks and equipment

+ General labor as needed

+ Operating Mini Excavators and skid steers for underground electrical and plumbing projects

Ultimate Trade requirements

+ 4+ years of Operating experience

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Plumbing or Electrical License is a plus
